“Know thyself” is a recurrent theme in becoming thinkingfit. This means separating who you are and who you want to be, from what the world thinks you are and wants you to be. I have a few crucial tips which are:

  • You are your own best teacher. It is only you that can make the decision to investigate limiting subconscious and conscious limiting beliefs about yourself which were wired into your brain as children. You can learn to rewire these and free yourself from destructive expectations of others.
  • Find yourself a great mentor to help you discover yourself and lead you to new heights of achievement.
  • Accept responsibility to weed out your personal limitations which prevent you from reaching your true potential. Blame no one.
  • Accept that you can learn anything you want to.
  • A true understanding of self-comes from reflecting on your experiences with an open mind.
